We congratulate our dual student Eva Müller for winning 2nd place at the Boston University’s “Susilo Institute business+ethics case competition”!
Our team is incredibly proud of our dual student who, together with her team, achieved 2nd place in a challenging case study. Together with her fellow students, she delved deeply into sustainable and ethical practices in case studies about robotics and automation, as well as nickel mining in Indonesia.
In multiple rounds, 70 teams from 22 universities in 17 countries competed, and our student not only made it to the final six teams. The innovative ideas of her team convinced the expert jury. An outstanding performance that demonstrates how curiosity and commitment lead to success!
The competition was not only about solving the case study but also about intercultural exchange. In Jakarta, the finalists had the opportunity to meet the other teams from Lebanon, Mexico, Japan, Indonesia, and the USA and to build an international network.
We would also like to congratulate the winners of the competition from the American University of Beirut and all participants who showcased their skills and knowledge in this exciting event, and thank Greg Stoller from the "Susilo Institute for Ethics in the Global Economy" at Boston University for the great organisation!
